This platform was established in 2012 in Istanbul by businessman Yılmaz Gozcu, with the participation of representatives from 12 Balkan countries.

The main goal is to strengthen ties between Balkan countries, enhance the cultural and commercial potential of the region, and create new opportunities for producers, directors, actors, screenwriters, and everyone dedicated to the art of cinema.
